Microsoft
As a Microsoft Gold Partner, ICS has demonstrated superior levels of successful implementations, capabilities and certification. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners are required to meet rigorous requirements for certification and expertise. ICS has reached the status of Gold Certified Partner by demonstrating increased levels of developer certification, and by providing completed customer reference projects that were independently verified by Microsoft.
Through engagement with Microsoft, Microsoft Gold Certified Partners have in-depth access to a variety of exclusive resources and early product information. Resources include priority access to a support team of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers, non-disclosure evaluation of new products and technologies, as well as planning tools and events to keep up to speed on the latest Microsoft product developments and future direction.
ICS employs Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs); individuals who have passed certification exams designed to validate their mastery of Microsoft tools and technologies.

Since 2003, ICS has held a registration certificate from the British Standards Institution for its Quality Management System. Our quality management system accredited to ISO 9001 : 2000 provides us with a set of processes and controls that ensure a common sense approach to the management of our organisation.

On 14th June 2006 at the Microsoft Tech-Ed Conference, US, Windows IT Media, honoured ICS's RSinteract solution by naming it 'Best of Tech-Ed' in the Business Intelligence (BI) Category. The announcement was made at a special award ceremony in Boston. "The winners at Tech Ed 2006 each represent best-in-class technology products. After closely evaluating all entries, our team of editors chose winners based on the products' strategic importance to the market, competitive advantages, value to the customer, and value in the marketplace," said Mike Otey, Technical Director for Windows IT Media.
This award strengthens RSinteract's position in the market, establishing it as a key BI player.
