The ICS group was formed in 1994 and in April 2008 acquired by Business & Decision. ICS, a Business & Decision Company, specialises in custom development and business intelligence technologies and consultancy. It supplies solutions to the mid-market and enterprise; customers include the Royal Navy, EDS, Sporting Index, DHL, CMGL, Nike, Garland Schools and British Gas.
