The first step is a Vision Phase which is designed to provide contextual analysis of business issues, requirements and potential solutions. Time is spent documenting facts established during an intensive series of interviews with key staff.

ICS Engagement Model
Vision - The most important phase of the project. The Vision Phase enables us to draw a picture of what is capable with relevant BI solutions and how they can be adopted to suit most budgets. The deliverable is a document detailing specific requirements and recommended roadmap.
Orchestrate - The functional requirements are translated into a design specification and (if relevant) a Proof of Concept in the Orchestrate Phase. This process validates the viability of future phases and further clarifies expectations for the delivered solution.
Leverage - The solution architecture and development requirements are executed to the agreed specification which will leverage either existing technologies or a newly defined technology set.
Transform - Through testing, training and solution handover the final Phase delivers the transformation of business information into business decisions.
